Role Description

This person is responsible for championing exceptional customer support, and responding to questions from our community.  We are looking for a high energy person, with patience, and empathy in difficult situations.  This person must be customer-centric, with strong people skills.


Daily tasks will include:

  1. Customer Support - answering customer queries and service requests through email, text, website chat, and Facebook messages.
  2. Shipping out replacement part requests.

Desired Skills

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Experience working in a customer service environment, if possible.
  3. Interest in paddling -  you need to be passionate about what we do

Team Structure

The Customer Support Agent will report to the Customer Experience Lead.
